We combine state-specific content with practical delivery — short, sharp, and immediately useful.

(*this training meets the Nebraska statutory requirement for training for all school resource officers and at least one administrator in any building with an SRO.)

  • A 12-part South Dakota-specific webinar series offering legal and practical advice for special education professionals. These fast-paced sessions focus on making paperwork better—PLAAFPs, goals, BIPs, accommodations, descriptions, PWNs, ESY—and include timely topics like discipline, transition, and hot legal issues. Designed to support both rookies and seasoned staff looking to sharpen their skills.

  • A 6-part series designed for HR directors, business managers, and superintendents in all jurisdictions. Covers all the essentials of FMLA, including eligibility, forms and documentation, intermittent leave, employee discipline, and how FMLA intersects with other leave laws. Each session includes real-world scenarios and practical takeaways.

  • This 3-part webinar series helps school leaders understand and apply the Americans with Disabilities Act in the school employment context. We’ll walk through the basics of coverage and eligibility, reasonable accommodations, the interactive process, and how the ADA relates to FMLA, workers’ comp, and staff discipline.

  • We offer two distinct tracks of Title IX training — one for your designated Title IX Team, and one for all employees and board members:

    Title IX Team Training
This training meets the legal requirements for coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, appellate reviewers, and informal resolution facilitators. It covers:

    • Legal definitions and duties under Title IX

    • How to conduct investigations

    • Roles, responsibilities, and documentation

    • Avoiding bias, conflicts, and due process violations

    • Recordkeeping and compliance under current federal regulations

    All-Staff Title IX Training
This short session ensures every employee understands:

    • What qualifies as sexual harassment under Title IX
      The obligation to report concerns

    • How to respond to disclosures

    • How to contact the Title IX Coordinator is in your district

Whether you're training a new team member or preparing your entire staff for the school year, we’ve got it covered.

  • Board members don’t need another meeting—they need quick, clear information that fits into their schedule. This training series delivers just that. Each video is only about 10 minutes long, making it easy for board members to learn on their own time.

    Topics include:

    • Understanding board roles and responsibilities

    • Navigating confidentiality and executive session rules

    • Responding to community concerns appropriately

    • Minimizing personal liability

    • Participating effectively in superintendent evaluations

    • Knowing what policies really require (and what they don’t)

Designed for new members and a smart refresher for veterans, this series gives board members the legal basics they need—without overwhelming detail.

  • One of our most popular training offerings, this series offers quick, practical training for school staff stepping into new roles—or seasoned professionals who want a reset. Each session runs an hour or less and focuses on the real-world challenges faced by principals, special education staff, superintendents, and business managers.

The content is streamlined, role-specific, and built to answer the questions people actually have when they’re trying to do the job well. Whether it’s leading a building, managing compliance requirements, handling tough conversations, or staying ahead of legal expectations, these sessions help educators feel more prepared and supported—without taking up their whole day.

Perfect for onboarding, mentoring, or mid-year refreshers, and available live or on demand.

  • Our training platform is designed to help you create on-demand, customized trainings for corrective action plans and other compliance issues.  We submit the materials to the relevant authority for advance approval and include downloadable sign-in sheets for submission to the relevant agency requiring the training.

  • Districts can use our short, accessible sessions to support families and communities:

    • Digital Citizenship for Parents

    • Understanding School Roles & Responsibilities

  • Of course, we love joining you in person!

We regularly provide in-service sessions, strategic retreats, and live workshops tailored to your needs. Whether it’s a board training night, administrative team development, or a full-day special education legal update, we’re happy to be there — just ask.
