We built the KSB Evaluation Platform because school districts that evaluate their own leadership well have higher test scores and increased staff retention, but we also understand that the evaluation process itself should be easy to understand and efficient to navigate. Unlike many clunky online tools, our platform is simple to use, legally compliant, and designed specifically for the real-world needs of school boards and administrators.
