That’s why we built the KSB Evaluation Platform — to bring structure, purpose, and fairness to a process that’s too often vague, rushed, or uncomfortable. Unlike many clunky online tools, our platform is simple to use, legally compliant, and designed specifically for the real-world needs of school boards and administrators.

We're launching first with our Superintendent Evaluation Platform, with principal and other administrator evaluations soon to follow. Each platform is grounded in education research, shaped by legal expertise, and built to meet the real-world needs of school boards.
